About Hans
Havana-born, Miami-raised, and 30-plus years behind the decks. Hans Batista came up on South Florida radio (Mega 103.5, Party 93.1, Wild 95.5), was the official DJ for the Mountain Dew X Games, the official DJ for Madonna's GHV2 concert and Cher's HBO Farewell Tour special, was hand-picked as a Red Bull Music Academy (RBMA) ambassador, took 2nd place in the Denon DJ Mashup Competition, and was voted Best Club DJ by both the Miami New Times and the Broward New Times. These days it's House and open-format - old school hip hop, R&B, Latin, classics - for rooftops, clubs, brunches, corporate events, and the occasional wedding that wants a real vibe, not a cheesy one.
